Duex hadrware problem - Driver 5 not working

I have a DueX5 board. Recently D5 Motor driver stopped working, other ones are fine. I have verified it replacing a motor and a connecting cable and still D5 is down, other drivers work correctly.

@developerOI Please post your config.g, and send M115 via the DWC console and post the response. Please post a picture of the Duex board, so we can see if any chips have failed.
Do you get any driver error messages, eg phase disconnected, short to ground or short to VIN?
Have you tested the motor on a different driver to check it works, before connecting it to driver 5?
Check the ribbon cable between Duet and Duex is seated properly, and that the Duex is correctly grounded (see https://docs.duet3d.com/Duet3D_hardware/Duet_2_family/DueX2_and_DueX5#power-wiring).
Where and when did you buy the board?Ian

I have re-checked the board and it seems working correctly. It must have been some mistake of the service department. Sorry for bothering, the case can be closed for now.
