Malformed responses warnings on PanelDue 7i

I'm getting a lot of warnings on my PanelDue, which is a 7i running 3.4.1. My duet3 is running 3.4.5. Printing is going fine.

On the prior (1.x, ancient) firmware I wasn't seeing this, but it could have just been that warnings weren't being printed (?).

Problems with the cable connecting it? Try reducing baud rate? Known issue I'm just not finding with search?

@paralepsis I think the most likely reason for malformed responses is that the PanelDue cable is picking up noise from another cable. In particular, keep the PanelDue cable away from stepper motor cables.

@dc42 Finally got around to re-routing the cable, can confirm that fixed this problem. Just thought I'd post in case someone finds this thread relevant. Thanks again!
