[3.5.0-b2] DWC Strange Slider Behavior
-
The sliders for speed override and one of my fans are behaving strangely.
You can see that the speed override slider holds the value one the mouse is released, but the position on the bar jumps. Expected behavior: both value and position remain fixed when releasing the mouse.
A different issue with my fans. The "part cooling" fan behaves correctly, but the "Fan 3" fan does something odd: When I release the mouse, the position and value increment up until they reach the maximum. In reality, the fan stays spinning at the value where the mouse was released, so this is a display side bug.

Hello? Should I have posted this on Github?
-
@CCS86 thanks for the report, here is the right place for it.
@chrishamm I have reproduced the issue with DWC in SBC mode 3.5b2 . It appears that the "Tool Fan" is being set between 0 and 1 rather than between 0 and 100.
-
@CCS86 Thanks, I could confirm that the tool fan didn't work correctly, that will be fixed in 3.5-b3.
The speed factor slider works as intended, it updates the min/max values whenever the speed factor value changes.
-
@chrishamm yes, the speed slider was (AFAIK) being moved in the video to show an example of how a slider should work!
-
@T3P3Tony Speed/extrusion are somewhat special because there's no hard limit of 0..100 for them.
-
@chrishamm sure, i was just pointing out that there was no bug alleged with the speed slider.
-
Awesome, thanks guys!

Any progress on this @chrishamm ?

@CCS86 It's been fixed since 3.5-b3, see the DWC changelog on GitHub:
