Strange Extruder Behavior 1LC

I posted before about this, but it is such an intermittant issue, that I was having trouble tracking it down.
Every so often, at random, I go to print, and my extruder starts skipping right off the bat, as if it is being under-driven. I usually catch it because it happens while printing my initial prime line before printing. What fixes it is a re-start of the machine.
I am also noticing that at certain speeds during a print and randomly, it does the same exact thing. I printed an entire flawless 10 layer base with a .8 nozzle at .2 layer height 160mm/s. when the print got to a gap fill portion in the wall section, at 132.5 mm/s, the extruder skipped the entire time across the layer, and on every subsequent similar gap fill layer.
When it does this, I also notice a higher pitched buzzing noise accompanied with the extruder skipping. I am absolutely not exceeding my flow rate. This is a a very random and intermittant issue. It really seems like the extruder is not being driven properly.
I need to get to the bottom of this, because it is completely ruining my ability to produce consistent prints.

I've just completed a 23hr print with a 1lc, but I'm having to print at slower speeds as I'm using soft tpu.
My chamber and 1lc temps are low.
IMHO, With the current issues around the 1lc I wonder if it's a print speed related. I'm no software guru, it's just a hunch -

@br7408 I'd be tempted to increase the start up delay to be G4 S4, the problems sound to me like sometimes you are not setting the motor current for the extruder. That can happen if the m906 command runs before the CAN connection with the board has been fully established.
