height tolerances heating bed

My heating bed is very large: 800 x 800mm.
What height tolerances are still normal there? When leveling bed, error messages appear regularly... how can I compensate for this? -

This won't be what you want to here, but build it properly so that the bed is flat, level and stays that way - it isn't difficult to do.
