Error: Probe already triggered at start of probing move

As the title stated, I am having trouble with that but also with "Error: Heater 0 fault: temperature rising much more slowly" . If anyone know by just looking at the code below, will be much appreciated. Thanks

Have you done a PID tuning of the heater yet?
