FLSUN Q5

This is my modified FLSUN Q5.
It features a Slice Engineering Mosquito hotend and a Duet 2 Wifi.
Firmware 3.4.4For the setup to work I needed to design and print new cooling ducts, new bed level extension and part cooling fan holder. The holder includes an extra piece to keep the bowden tube aligned as it goes into the hot end. The mosquito is using a machined adapter from 713Maker.

https://youtu.be/rswph5SLrJkAs of right now I have no intentions of using mag balls or a smart effector on this machine. Perhaps in the future.
NOTE: This machine used to run Klipper with the old board. But that old board, well, lets just say I ran it too hard, too fast, for too long. Hence the need for a new board.

Nice!
I suspect that the machine could print faster. Also there are noticeable pauses when retraction and Z-hop occur. Perhaps your retraction speed or extruder acceleration is set too low?

It could print much faster, but this particular orange PETG looks like trash when gets printed at speeds above 70mm/s. It just doesn't like the speed. (probably because it was super cheap)
The retraction speed is currently set to 40mm/s, it does seem a bit slow, this might be due to the 1:1 ratio on the extruder itself. It's a Micro Swiss all metal bowden extruder.
I'll play around with the settings.
