Need to get out max from these 2209´s that is 2000mA, is coolers from a Pi4 good enough?

@tecno those stick-on heatsinks are not very effective. To cool the drivers, use a fan to blow air along the line of drivers on both sides of the PCB, especially on the back (because the driver and the PCB are designed to transfer heat from the chip to the back of the PCB). You could even use one fan at each end of the board in a push-pull configuration.

OK, I suspected that. Will need to raise up the PCB to get access to the backside.
