Filament error on extruder 0: sensorError
-
Can you share how you have it configured?
What type of filament sensor is it?
What firmware version?
When do you get the error?
Can you send M591 D0 and share the result? -
Sorry for the incomplete info.
It's the MFM.M591 P3 C"e0_stop" S1 D0 L26.5 R1:200
The error is occurring randomly along with the motor stall issue and other problems I seem to be having.
I do not have an M591 d0 as the print was able to immediately resume.
I will grab the output next time that error occurs.Printer is at the tail end of a 30+ hr print job and I've seen several errors, all of which the printer is able to immediately recover from just by hitting the resume button.
All of these errors are new since 3.4b7 so there may be something there but
I am also still concerned that there may be a problem with the Duet board as I still cannot print PLA reliably. Additionally, I had the random issue where I was unable to connect to the printer for about 12 hours due to the wifi flapping up and down on it.1/17/2022, 1:38:20 PM Warning: Driver 1 stalled at Z height 118.31

Just got this:
1/17/2022, 6:31:45 PM m591 d0
Duet3D rotating magnet filament monitor v3 on pin e0stop, enabled, sensitivity 26.50mm/rev, allow 1% to 200%, check printing moves every 3.0mm, version 3, mag 130 agc 76, measured sensitivity 25.96mm/rev, min 95% max 103% over 753.1mm

Can you post your full config.g?

I would try disassembling it and reassembling it carefully and then run a new calibration.

@phaedrux will do!

@phaedrux
I pulled it apart and, aside from a couple of very small dust bunnies it was pretty clean. Everything seems to move smoothly.While it was open, I did note that its V 1.7 if that's of any consequence.
Calibration changes were minor:
Duet3D rotating magnet filament monitor v3 on pin e0stop, enabled, sensitivity 26.50mm/rev, allow 1% to 200%, check printing moves every 3.0mm, version 3, mag 132 agc 65, measured sensitivity 26.26mm/rev, min 95% max 107% over 1248.4mm

Are you still getting sensorerror?
-
@phaedrux Too early to tell. I have a long print job I'm going to kick off tomorrow. I will certainly let you know.
