2 issues from Pausing print - sets new base speed bug
-
Ok i was printing a thin piece of sheet at
first layer 60mms.
once I saw good adhesion i increased 300% to 180mms
PRinter is configured to run at maxium 400mm/s (24000mm/min)
However, once I Resumed the print, it used the previous 180mms as 100% and now ran the printer at 540mms.
So there are 2 bugs. First is that it used the old speed values to set new 100% value, and second is that it printed above the hard-coded configured speed.I Tried to revert it by setting the speed to 33% -> Pause -> resume -> speed 100%
it now ran 60mms again as base speed.Version 3.4.0 B3

@jbergene please could you check if this is still an issue with RRF 3.4b4. Also is this running in stand alone or SBC mode?

Experienced this too when I tweaked speed multiplier strongly during a very difficult layer:
Set to 20%, paused, resumed.
Multiplier still displays at 20%, but actual speed seems to be 20% * 20%.
Setting the multiplier to 50% will set the actual speed to 50% * 20%.
Some time later, the real speed will jump to 50%.
Could not determine WHEN this happens exactly.Using 3.4.0 b3 with 6HC, SBC and Toolboard 1.1.
Could not test at 3.4.0 b4 cause there is a known bug of aborted prints when pausing/resuming in SBC configuration.

@t3p3tony just upgraded, will check this later today!

Pausing works fine again and the speed multiplier seems to be fixed too!

@jbjhjm thanks for the update!
