The existing algorithm already handles the second harmonic.
Independent DAA adjustment would be possible for travel moves (as long as you are not fussy about the exact path taken during the travel move) but not in general for printing moves. However, I am looking to implement more general input shaping in RRF in Q1 next year.

Doesn’t use the ADXL345 but instead a LIS3DH. May be newer threads regarding the input shaping implementation but…
