duet3d mini 5+ wifi no 5v

hi i got a duet3d mini 5+ wifi from ratrig set it up and there is no 5v or 3.3 wen using the vin plz see pic ! 240914578_10219439864923660_1879663139312794838_n.jpg

plz can anyone help me -
Do you have a multimeter to measure the voltage coming from the PSU to confirm that it's 12/24v?
Can you connect USB and see what LEDs are lit?
Are any components getting hot to the touch?
Can you get a close up well lit photo of the board so we can make out individual components?

if i connect usb it all works
i cant find and anything hot
