Attempt to move the head of a Delta or SCARA printer before homing the towersnew firmware and DWC installed and calibrations done, However this keep coming up every time I home the printer, even if it was just homed. I don't remember this coming up before, am I mistaken?

This usually means that homing is failing, by not triggering one or more of the homing switches. Does each carriage stop cleanly when it pushes the switch?
Please share your homedelta.g file.

they are optical endstops, they home, move back a little then do a slow home and offset 5mm. homes like it always has.

Are you certain that all 3 endstops are triggering? Use the Machine Properties page of DWC to check that the endstops are working properly.
Are you sure that you haven't created any additional axes using M584?

Is 505mm (the value in your first G1 S1 xcommand) enough to ensure that no matter where the effector starts from, no carriage will have to move up more than 505mm before it triggers the homing switch? On my 1m high delta it isn't and I use 700mm instead.

520-525 should be enough then as it was 515 before I took the PEI sheet off. I kept looking at my config height that was set. If I keep making enough mistakes I'll be an expert one day
