-
Hi,
I have a DUET2WIFI and a DUETPANEL 7" : the DUETPANEL shows the interface but when I press the touchscreen nothing happens.Details: Duet Web Control 3.3.0
Board: Duet 2 WiFi (2WiFi)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.3 (2021-06-15)
Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.26Bellow my my config.g.
Checked the wiring, everything looks ok.
Before the firmware update the touchscreen worked..I hope somebody can tell me how to fix this...
Would be great!

What firmware version is the PanelDue running?
Without the touch working it would be hard to check the setup page to find out, so you may just want to try flashing the PanelDue with the latest for your version.
What status does it show in the top right corner? Connecting or Idle? Busy?
-
@phaedrux can't see that!
this is what the screen shows me:Will try to update the firmware directly using USB on the DuetScreen board

@knutselsmurf The centered "." between the numbers tells me you on <=1.24. Flash your PD up to 3.2.x... as see if that helps.

@nurgelrot
I have flashed the 7" screen now with PanelDueFirmware-3.3.0-rc2-5.0i-7.0i.bin via USB and Bossa.After resetting: no working touch.
Again poweroff, resetting: working touchscreen ?!So, I have connected the PanelDue to my Duet2Wifi again (4 wires), screen comes alive but no working touch screen.
After a while, screen is getting dark: a reset and it's back.Really don't understand what's wrong...
This is my screen:
Is it damaged ?? Weird, it worked perfect with the old firmware in the Duet2Wifi..
Any help would be great!

@knutselsmurf said in duetpanel works but touch interface not responding:
PanelDueFirmware-3.3.0-rc2-5.0i-7.0i.bin
I think you may have used the wrong bin file. It looks like you have a 7inch V3 non-integrated.
https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/PanelDue_Firmware_update#Section_Choosing_the_correct_firmware_binary
Based on that your correct bin file name would be PanelDue-v3-7.0.bin and at this point I would avoid using a release candidate firmware until we get things sorted out.
So the file you would want is this: https://github.com/Duet3D/PanelDueFirmware/releases/download/3.2.11/PanelDueFirmware-v3-7.0.zip
