Duet Ethernet shortcutting gcode
-
Upgraded my Kossel 250V BSE to Duet Ethernet, running 1.18.1 firmware.
I have done few calibration prints (cubes, circles and such) and every thing simply works beautifully. So my next task was to print the mounting brackets for the duet.
To my surprise the printer on some corners take shortcuts on the outline of the part. The infill on the other hand is obviously following the correct outline. The gcode is generated with simplify3d v 4.0.0.
The gcode analysed e.g. in simplify3d and http://gcode.ws does not show anything obviously wrong with the gcode file.
The STL was downloaded from ultibots github page.I could not find anything about this on the net so I am asking here what could be wrong?

I'm guessing that something (printable radius?) is limiting the movement in the SW direction.
-
I agree, looks like the printable radius is set too low (B parameter in the M665 command).
-
Confirmed. Was set at 80mm.
The mounting bracket is currently printing.
