Candidate 3.2.1 firmware binaries available
-
I am preparing the RRF 3.2.1 release, which is a bug-fix update to RRF 3.2. We have completed preliminary testing of the firmware binaries and made them available at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1lwimb98k6hzz3z/AAApVr_P6roUjnya4riDbGAba?dl=0 for community testing. The changes from RRF 3.2 are limited, so the risk of breaking anything that was working in RRF 3.2 should be small.
The release notes, including bugs fixed, can be found at https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/blob/v3-dev/WHATS_NEW_RRF3.md.

@dc42 Is this just an RRF change or is DSF/DWC getting a nump to 3.2.1 as well?
-
Just RRF, at least for now.

@dc42 In the absence of a zip file, can you confirm that for a 6HC main board and three EXP3HC expansion boards, that I just need those two binaries (Duet3Firmware_MB6HC.bin and Duet3Firmware_EXP3HC.bin) and nothing else?

Yes, if you are already running firmware 3.2.

Whats the difference between these and 3.3 alpha binaries?
-
@Luke-sLaboratory 3.2.1 backports bug fixes to a 3.2 release so they can available in a stable release soon. The 3.3 betas also have the fixes but it will be a while before 3.3 stable, with new features as well as fixes are released as stable

As to the specific differences check the what's new file

Thanks, I'm running the 3.3 Alphas released to address CAN issues and wanted to know if i was safe to backport, as i'm not sure if the Alphas had all of the changes listed for the 3.3 betas in prep.
I promise i read the changelog for both (3.3 beta + 3.2.1), but I wasn't sure if the alpha that i'm running had a changelog.
