Hello, i am stefano, sorry for my english not correct.

Have this problem have upgrade my duet firmware 3.0 and all ok

upgrade firmware 3.2 and duet remain in connecting

have unmount all and connected my pc, problem pc not see port duet

solution for send firmware and fix problem?

If you still have access to DWC. Upload these 3 zip files, one at a time. Don't extract them. Reboot after each.

That will get your firmware and DWC up to date.

For your config, might be a good idea to run through the configurator tool and generate a fresh set for RRF3.

Check your current firmware version with M115.

If you do not have DWC access, you'd need to follow the links from bearer.

Do you know what Windows Device Manager is?

If you do run it and look for entries under "Ports (COM & LPT)" and tell us what, if anything, is there.
