Duet 2 PT100 Daughter Board K THERMALCOUPLE reading 2000c
-
I placed a 120 ohm resistor at pin 2 and 3 and get a reading of 49c the left or the right channel
If i put in the K THERMALCOUPLE on pin 2 & 3 center pins i just get 2000c on the dashboard.
At this point I have nothing connected to the Duet 2 wifi board just he PT100.
just wonted to see if the board was working before i tear out the Ender 3 pro mainboard
the daughter board is a 2 channel 4 pin Max 31865
here is my config.g
; Heaters
M308 S0 P"bedtemp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4092 ; configure sensor 0 as thermistor on pin bedtemp
M950 H0 C"bedheat" T0 ; create bed heater output on bedheat and map it to sensor
M307 H0 B1 S1.00 ; enable bang-bang mode for the bed heater and set PWM limit
M140 H0 ; map heated bed to heater 0
M143 H0 S150 ; set temperature limit for heater 0 to 200C
M308 S1 P"spi.cs2" Y"rtd-max31865" ; configure sensor 1 as thermocouple via CS pin spi.cs1 cs2 chan 2
M950 H1 C"e0heat" T1 ; create nozzle heater output on e0heat and map it to sensor 1RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet FIRMWARE_VERSION: 3.01
I just can't seem to get this to work
If someone can direct to some possibilities.

So you have a PT100 board, but you're trying to connect a thermocouple? I'm confused by your post.

@Phaedrux
Yes have I made a mistake I thought that the two were needed for the K thermalcouple & the pt100 daughterboard to work on the duet 2
Maybe I have some terms mixed up. -
if you have a k-type thermocouple, you need the thermocouple daugtherboard and not the pt100 daughterboard.
