Duet 3 Mainboard 6hc Board warranty request

Hi, I purchased a board from Printed Solid about a month ago and am just now getting around to installing it in my machine. I've noticed that the ethernet port does not look like it is soldered properly to the board. I have not plugged this board in nor have I tested if the ethernet jack works, but I would like a warranty replacement as the board is clearly not in proper operational status.

@DannyG72, I'm sorry that you have received an incorrectly-assembled board. I am surprised that the fault was not noticed when the Ethernet per was tested. I approve a warranty replacement. Please contact Printed Solid and refer them to this post for authorization.
