Extruder fan permanently spinning

Can someone help, my extruded fan (not part fan) just spins all the time despite the fact that it should be controlled by the thermostat. No doubt there is something amiss with my config.

If I swap the fan from "fan1" to "fan2" then it works as expected. It seems that "fan1" is permanently outputting 24v no matter what I do to it.

@StevePS3 It could be that the fan1 Mosfet has failed open. Can you take a good, high resolution picture of your Duet, of the area around the fan1 connection? Looking for failed components.

What browser are you using? I think this happens sometimes with Chrome.
I can't see anything obviously wrong with the MOSFET.

Your tool has defined fan0 and fan1 as the tool fan. If fan1 is the hotend heatsink fan, then you don't want fan1 assigned to the tool as well.
Change
