Ghost printing - printing in thin air - barely extruding

Resolved - prime, prime, prime your hotend!!!
This is a new build, duet 3D 2 Wi-Fi, Bondtech extruder = BMG-M, mosquito magnum hotend
0.9 pancakes extruder Stepper motorBuilt on a Cetus MK 3 gantry frame ( Proof of concept for another build )
- Using several iterations of reprap configuration tool
- using the 120mm extrusion calibration method successfully
My Inexperience tells me filament flow seems to be not responding - temperature issue, thermistor, I’m stumped
See attached images and video if you can
Any help, would be super awesome
what a mess I made, almost thereIf you can truly help me solve this with expert experience knowledge, I’ll be glad to pay you for your time

@supset I have nearly the same setup with exception of regular mosquito / not magnum and single Z. Im not sure what is causing your issue but check out my configs / writeup here and compare: https://github.com/rkolbi/RRF-machine-config-files/tree/master/Prusa MK3s
Also for Z offset, check here: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probeActually, re-reading your post - your machine is a bit different. What sort of leveling are you performing? Manual?

Hi,
If you can extrude from the Duet Web Interface it ought to happen when printing.
What speed did you use for the extrusion calibration test?

@supset That's good news, kinda like looking for your car keys for a minute or two and then realizing that they're in your hand.
