    Wifi and web wont update

      The board is just powered by usb

      This is where i am at. I can connect to it via web. I will click on upload files they download and i click on yes install. It goes updating wifi server then when its done i get an error invalid password because it logs me off. I try to log on again and my wifi password don't work anymore. I cant log back on to the page until i reset my duetwifi and log back on the browser.

      before i reset the board

      I will then click on repertier and connect and get this

      But i can still connect via web if i again reset the board and open up the browser. I did not try the sd card in the computer method because i don't have a way of reading and writing it yet. I ordered something on amazon.

        The board is just powered by usb

        You need main power to update the wifi server

          Try again with VIN power applied to the board (if you have a PanelDue connected, it may be sufficient to try again with the PanelDue disconnected). If you still get this:

          then ask for a replacement Duet WiFi. A small minority of WiFi modules refuse to program in the field, even though we used exactly the same mechanism to program them in the factory. The most recent production boards have a component value change to avoid this issue.

            I have that problem, finally it return to the seller. Not funny, 70 USD fees when arrive to my country and 30 USD shipping cost to send back.

              Ok, so hooking up the vin didn't work. I received a new duet wifi in the mail a few days ago. Now i can connect to the wifi it seems in repetier. However it wont connect in the browser when i enter 192.168.1.119. Is this a mac issue since my old card was used on my network? how do i fix this?

              Here is what i have on repetier so it seems to be up and running.

              I am also alarmed that this new card is still old so i hope if i can get past this hurdle i don't have the same problems as last time. Both cards are from filastruder. Hope its not the same batch.

                I'm sorry to hear that. If you ever have to ask for a replacement for goods you have imported, ask the seller to make it clear in the customs declaration that what they are sending is a replacement for faulty goods that you have previously purchased, with zero customs value, That way you should not have to pay any import fees.
