BLTouch Reprap 3 - Duet 2 Wifi

Running into issues with homing with BLTouch on Duet2Wifi with reprap firmware 3 (not beta)
Probe works. tested deploy and retract.. no problem
When script is run once it gets to this command
G1 H1 Z-305 F1800 ; move Z down until the endstop is triggeredProbe is not deployed, Z does not move and I get this error and then nothing happens
G28 SetPositions called when DDA ring not empty

I don't see anything obviously wrong here, and is mostly identical to mine:

G92 Z0 ; set Z position to axis minimum (you may want to adjust this)In your homeall you need to replace this with a G30. Right now you're using an endstop move command.
