Panel Due 5 only works with ribbon Cabel.

Hi there,
I bought a Panel Due 5 last year, the new model, Unfortunately I had to find out that the display is still not woking with the 4 pin. Cabel, I tested it on two duets, it only works with the ribbon cable. Is there a special setting for this?
I have another Panel Due 5, the old version this works with both duets.
I have already contacted the sales service but maybe someone already has a tip.

Sounds like a connection issue. Have you checked continuity on the 4-wire cable, or tried with a different 4-wire cable? Does the soldering around the pins on the PanelDue look okay?

Check the colours of the wires going into the 4-pin Molex shells at each end. The order should be exactly reversed between the two ends.
If the wiring is correct, then the most likely cause is a bad crimp connection at one end of the cable.
Also possible is an unsoldered pin on the 4-pin header, on either the Duet or the PanelDue.

Hi, I think there is no Problem with the Cabel, i tested it with another Duet Wifi with other Cabels, i will take some Photos today in the evening
