@Syko_Symatic My guess by readin and looking the video: the problem is your guide. Remember that you have to take care of the 3 values of a linear guide rail: skew, tilt and roll. All 3 have different limits regarding the forces you can apply on them. Go outside of those limits and you will face nasty problems like this.
That is my guess, also I would check if the guide itself has not loose any of its balls during installation

yep that's pretty much what i managed to dig last night
so i can get M112 or call external script

now im facing problem thta if i call M112 then there no motion is possible at all
where i want to go back in case of collision... ex say we are homing and there something on bed causing collision so we tiger may switch stop homing process and go back -10mm from last known position to avoid hardware tension

... then will test what happens during print, caz if its printing woudl need to do same but pause printing... could be easier during printing

So finally my new 80w 24V heater cartridge arrived and yeah, zero issues anymore. I can turn the cooling to full blast and the temperature will hold steady.

This really made me realise that the stock cartridge was just completely underpowered, I'm printing with a 0.6mm Volcano CHT nozzle and before it could just barely keep up with PLA temperatures. I never even considered that it could be too weak...

Well, thanks for the help. Now I just have a bunch of other issues to address with this printer...

@Syko_Symatic also bear in md that a G30 probe (which you are probably using to establish ZX=0 at the centre of the bed) probed wherever the head currently is, whereas G29 takes account of the probe offset. So the XY coordinates of the initial centre probe need to correspond with the XY coordinates of one of the G29 probe point minus the XY offsets of the probe hat you declared in your G31 command.

Jerk in the 500 to 1500 range would be pretty common I think. You're on the incredibly low end with 5.

@Charlie the 2504s are a good pick and they like to be driven at spec.

@Phaedrux I repeated the e step calibration 3 or 4 times so I feel pretty good about it.

I posted the same thing on another site and someone mentioned that retraction settings can cause this same issue. I double checked my settings and I had an override on my ABS settings that was still 2mm. I lowered it to .5 then tested it last night and the print looked perfect this morning. So the issue was my retraction setting surprisingly.

You can't use M280 (set servo position) before you define the pin with M950. For the proper sequence of GCodes, please refer to the Configuration section of the document Connecting a Z probe - BLTouch (which covers the CR Touch, too).

Nevermind, stupid me found the issue while posting up the codes. I've adjusted the F value but not the T value. It now does indeed work 🙄

I further checked the setup & realize that the PT1000 sensor is 30mm in length with 4mm diameter. But the Biqu extruder slot for hotend & sensor is of 15mm.
This means half the sensor is outside sensor slot & not in contact with hotend.

Shouldn't this affect the PID learning & heater behaviour?

@oliof thank you again for your input.

I took belt A and B off completely off and tested the smoothness of each bearing/pulley as best as I could, fortunately they are all rotating smooth still. But yes, what you said makes sense.

to my surprise my gantry is wildly out of square to the point where when moving the Y axis there is much more resistance than the X axis. I will have it all squared/racked properly, I have a feeling (and hoping) that this is the cause of all the rippling in prints.

I will keep this post updated.

I think it will help a lot if you share your config.g and a few photos of your setup. So guys here can pinpoit the issue. Also if you use the search in the forum you will find similar trouble , together with the solutions.\By experience usualy the problem is the speed of comunication between Duet and the external drivers

@LuniLAB Can it be that your feedrates are a bit high?
Is it a delta? According to the square bed, i think not...
Can your printer reach this fast z-movement?
