What is the specification of your motors, what power supply voltage are you using, and what are your steps/mm?

Have you gone through the calculation at https://duet3d.com/wiki/Choosing_stepper_motors#How_to_work_out_the_power_supply_voltage_you_need to see whether you can reach your desired speed without the back emf of the motor being larger than the power supply voltage? You will obviously need to calculate the revs per second allowing for your 10:1 gearboxes.

There is no maximum speed embedded in the firmware.

Please can you clarify in what way(s) the heaters and temperature probes are not working. Are you selecting a tool before trying to heat up the extruder(s)?

If PanelDue is showing a black screen, either there is a hardware fault (most likely a blown backlight inverter on the panel) or you have erased the firmware.

You can check whether the PanelDue controller is commanding the backlight on by measuring the voltage on the LED_A pin of the TFT panel. It should be +3.3V for full on, and 0V for off.

If you have erased the PanelDue firmware, then if you connect its USB port to a PC you should see the "Bossa Port" in the Ports section of Windows Device Manager (others can translate that to what you see under Linux or OSX).

I have seen else where on the forum that you've said that a 2.8A motor is reasonable for a wifi board. When you say that, is that at the upper end of the limit, or would the board just about cope with a 3A motor?
