I prefer the macro because
1- Cura doesn't have conditional gcode
2- I can use the macro with any Slicer without changing it

But regarding your case: the post-processing script is not generating valid thumbnail comments:

the width and height need to be separated by an x, not a space character. At least that's what the plugin is doing - and its working there.

Yes, RRF expects a 'x' between the width and height (which is what PrusaSlicer generates), not a space. Best get it fixed in Cura because it may not only affect RRF.

The config tool is meant to get going with the most basic configurations. As out5 and out6 cannot be used as a heater directly, they aren't listed. In the updated config tool perhaps it will be possible to indicate that an SSR will be used and allow the low current outputs to be selectable. As of right now, that would need to be manually defined in config.g.
