Hi, have duet 2 wifi, version 1.0.4c original, and have this problem.
I if start charge filament, i set temp 190c start temp and not stop 190 and create error high temp 15c, have change cable, problem not solve.
For this not have start test my first print

have smart effector duet new version, duet 2 wifi 1.04c, firmware rep rap 2.0.5.1.
Have this problem, smart effector working, fan, led green, etc.. only problem if touch bed not active probe, moving not stop with contact bed.
If i send comand g30 and touch nozzle, moving not stop, if touch up effector, led gren active and stop moving, not have idea for solution, have control cable problem not solve.
