Hi all
Could use some help homing my Ender 5 plus running a Duet 2 wifi .
I completely mashed my config (working on a different printer ) but this had been working fine.
Now I can home X and Y but when I try to home Z the print head moves away form the X endstop .

@mesacrash
Either a soldering iron or cigarette lighter will do the trick -
RE: Heatsink Fan Failure
@phaedrux Thanks for that... it's happened a couple of times without me realising !

Heatsink Fan Failure
Would it be possible to create an event / shutdown when the heatsink fan is not running?
My fingers are dyslexic and eyes short . Fan is practically silent (wish I could say the same about my wife ).
This would save a lot of jiggery - pokery. -
RE: Fans on Duet2 wifi
@nicaris Thanks for the swift response -do I just remove the H1 from that line ?

Fans on Duet2 wifi
Hi ...I'm back !
I've got things sorted and had some prints at last . Now i need to put everything back in it's box and am having a problem with the fan that will cool the motherboard. this is my Config.g but fan 2 does not show up in the console/dashboard ?

So at the moment the height map is saved in heightmap.csv
I create a file called mesh.g for that ? and remove the m401 and m402 from bed.g -

RE: Height Map has a substantial Z offset
@fcwilt Yes 4 ( 1in each corner)... how do i use them in reprap ?
-
RE: Height Map has a substantial Z offset
@fcwilt Thanks again that has removed the error after bed and mesh levelling but i still have that tilt.
-
RE: Height Map has a substantial Z offset
@fcwilt Thanks for the swift reply and yes it was concerning mesh levelling (but I get the same error in bed levelling).
I am new to this and have struggled ..why would the height map appear tilted when the bed definitely isn't ? -
Height Map has a substantial Z offset
Help !
I'm still having problems-this time concerning bed levelling
Unfortunately I have no idea what this means;
Warning: the height map has a substantial Z offsetI have repeatedly calibrated the Z height but nothing seems to make any difference .Needless to say I haven't managed to print anything yet.
Thoughts anyone?

Duet 2 Wifi Problems with BL Touch
Hi
I am new to 3D printing but have an ender 5 plus to which I have recently added the Duet 2 Wifi v 1.04.
Wiring has all gone well and everything seems to be in working order ... except for a couple of things :
BL Touch -I can home X and Y no problem But not Z it crashes into the nozzle whatever I do !
The probe deploys and retracts (M280 P0 S10/S90).
As I have not got past this I haven't looked at the other issue which will be the filament runout sensor!
Any Help would be much appreciated
