I was something else wrong with the board. The U3 gets fried again, even with no connections except the power IN.
I will buy a replacement, but really not see a point buy from duet with only 6months of warranty. This should be fixed in general.
Even shoes and heavily wearing products have 2 years. Shame.

Have hotair, no preheat and really doing this the first time.

@bearer The board is more than 1 year old. I thought we have EU warranty 2 years,but apparently not.

I took a microscope and the u3 is indeed damaged.
Is there any guide how to replace it? And what is actually the part number?

Fuses are intact, how can I check the U3? Visually it looks ok.

MY Duet 2 wifi 1.04 stopped booting. only the blue VIN diode is on, any idea where what might be wrong?

do limit switch inputs have a filtering capacitor onboard
or do I have to use one in the limit switch itself?
