@droftarts thanks a lot. I know the Zip download. Cool would be one button. I will look in the other options.
By the way, after changing the SD card to a new one, I did not face the issue anymore.
Thanks.

@droftarts thanks.
I could recover some of the files from the SD card via a recovery tool.
Got everything running again.
I will still check the SD slot tomorrow.
Is there anyway to backup all the data from the card, automatically or via a button in the DWC?
@Mike-0 It turns out the SD cad is not readable anymore.
when i send M501 via the a terminal software i recive the following message
SENDING:M501
Warning: Macro file config-override.g not found
I will try a new SD card tonight.
After i had a slight crash during a test with a new Bed.g file to probe 3 point of the print bed for a 3 motor Z axis. I pushed the emergency stop button in the DWC.
Since then i have no ethernet connection anymore. The led's do not flash on the Ethernet port on the duet2.
After pushing reset, i can now connect via usb cable and send commands and get an answer (to be fair i only tried M115)
But even after several on and off switching, the ethernet is still not connecting.
By the way i added in the end of the config.g a LED macro, which normally runs the led strip. But this is also not happening.
Is there any reset? Maybe the board is stuck in a loop?
@droftarts Funny enough, I used a 4th USB cable, and it worked. I have fixed the issue and it is running again.
@phaedrux @droftarts Thanks a lot.
@droftarts Thanks for your feedback
I tried 3 USB cable. The one in the video is just the last one I tried.
I thought that the firmware is on the chip and I also think it is running. I only changed the network settings. But that the com port is not working is rather strange.
Well, I do not find the Board in the network and also not on the router. I guess because is used the wrong IP address.
Flashing the Firmware would set everything back would be an option. But i not like to go down this road if it is not necessary.
I will try a new SD first.
Thanks again
@phaedrux Thanks a lot. I did that already, the LED's look fine.
But maybe you see something:
https://youtu.be/OKUIpY7oI1g
No, I did not try that. Is the firmware on the SD card or on the board ?
I will try to use an old backup of the SD card first.
Is there a manual for the Bossa procedure ?
I have a duet 2 in my E3d toolchanger. But now i face 2 issues.
So I used:
M587 S"SSID" P"PASSWORD" I192.168.1.14 via the console in the DWC
But I used the wrong IP address. The IP address the Duet should use is 192.168.10.114.
After restarting, I can not connect to the printer via WIFI so I tried a USB cable to connect. But I do not see the com port. I went through the documentation and checked the LED's, and they seem to work fine. Whereby, the documentation tells me the WIFI LED should be blue and mine is Green, but I do not think that is the issue.
Now, is there any way to change the WIFI settings via the SD card. I tried to add the M587 S"SSID" P"PASSWORD" I192.168.10.114 to the config.g. But so far no luck.
Also, I do not find the reason why the USB connection does not work. I tried 2 Laptops, and it was working during the setup of the machine 9 months ago. The Laptop does not find any usb connection. No Port, no unknown device, no error
@rjenkinsgb The load is not on the GPIO pin. It is on the 5V power supply of the GPIO pin bar, but I guess that power supply is also not strong enough. I did not come around to try it jet, connecting it to main 5V power supply.
I know I can still use the fan output. But I try to avoid it, because I might need them later.
@alankilian Thanks a lot for the link. I think that could the problem, I do not found any information how much high the current of the 5V output of the Duex GPIO pins is rated.
But as mentioned in your linked thread, I could try to grab 5V from the "main board".
Some People also used spare fan outputs. But I think the GPIO are the correct way of doing it, and in the future I might need the fan outputs.
Thanks again.
I have an E3D toolchanger and I connected an 5V Relay to a GPIO Pin 1 on my duex board.
This is the configuration in the config.g file.
M950 P10 C"duex.gp1" ; Load GPIO 1 Pint to output P10
M42 P10 S0 ; Switch off output P10
I then switch the Relay on and off via a macro with the command
M42 P10 S1 ; Switch on output P10
and
M42 P10 S0 ; Switch off output P10
this works fine.
But when I'm printing and the relay is connected, I get this error messages:
Another problem I have is that during longer prints and if the relay is connected the fans (T2 and T3) connected to the Duex stop working and the relay is also not working anymore. Only after a power off and Power on, the duex operates normally.
The relay I'm using is rated for 5VDC and 71mA SRD-05VDC-SL-C-Datasheet.pdf
Songle SRD-05VDC-SL-C.
The 5V power supply and the GND I also took from the GPIO pin "Bar".
What could be the reason that the Duex board stops working and why I get this error messages.
@jay_s_uk I think that solved the problem. It is much smoother now. But i will monitor it.
Thanks again for your help.
@dc42 That did the trick. Yes the version was 0.11.
Thanks a lot. I'm super happy for the quick support. Thanks again
@jay_s_uk Here is the File. I think the stuttering got even worse. I uploaded the files and installed the update. Is there anything else i need to adjust ?
Thanks for your help.
config.g
@jay_s_uk I just updated the firmware. It was very easy. But the stuttering and the Thermistor problem is still there.
How many camera Stream can you integrate in the DWC window ?
@jay_s_uk Thanks a lot. I will give it a try tonight.
@jay_s_uk, thanks a lot. That sound promising. I will check how to do an update. I might wait till Someone from duet come back to me regarding the Thermistor thing.
I honestly think the problem of the thermistors is Hardware (or firmware) related. Because it seems nobody else had this issue.
@jay_s_uk It is 3.2.2
