@MichaelKallner this could be caused by a bad VIN connection or a failing PSU. Check that the screws on the VIN terminal block on the Duet are tight and that the VIN cable shows no signs of charring.

Hello, thank you very much for your help. Soldering the 1K resistor directly in front of the sensor board helped. I have a stable signal. Tested several times, flawless. I also think that the connected shielding also helps.
Slice's published numbers for Magnum+ printing ABS were 91mm³/s, printing at 300°C, 60 degrees above the manufacturer-recommended print temperature (53mm³/s if printed at the recommended temperature of 240°C).
CHT nozzle supposedly gives 30%+ higher volumetric flow rate (probably more for a 1.0mm nozzle).
Super Volcano claims a max volumetric flow rate of 110mm³/s.
