@Macwolf ok then. so you just need to connect the "L" connection to the duet. You will need to connect a ground connection, like on PSU type 2, to your power supply powering your duet
From my understanding after reading the comments from Duet3d, at this point it does not operate as a z end stop yet.

@Macwolf you measured that with the bed still installed on the frame, right?
Please try to adjusting the back right corner of the frame right Y rail) by .1mm upwards and remeasure.
