Good idea, I forgot about the problems with 3.01 and tried to update directly.
I've now gone to 3.0 and after that to 3.01 and now everything is fine.
Thank you

Hi,
I've just upgraded my Maestro from the old 2.2 to the new Firmware via the online configurator, but for some reason my extruder and hotbed thermistor show 2000°C and I get the following error:
Error: Temperature reading fault on heater 1: unknown temperature sensor channel
It worked perfectly before the upgrade, but to be sure I checked and there is no open circuit.
I'm not exactly an expert with GCode configuration, but from what I can see there is no error in the gcode. I used the profile for the Anet A8 and changed the thermistor settings to the one for my V6 Hotend (Only the bed thermistor is connected, I won't risk using the A8 Bed cause fire hazard, so it doesn't matter how that one is configured)
I'll attach both the old and the new config.g files, maybe one of you can help me.
Thanks in advance
Hey Guys,
Ever since I upgraded my Anet A8 with a brand new genuine Duet Maestro Board I've got a problem with layer-shifting, mostly in the y axis, in both directions and never at the same heights.
Lately it has become so bad I can't use it at all anymore. I checked the entire Frame and I can't find any mechanical issues. I've tightened the (new) belts as well as I can, given that I run a printed carriage for the V6 Hotend with a Titan Extruder as a bowden setup. I even swapped all endstop sensors for new ones and have wrapped those cables in aluminium foil, in the hope that that will prevent signal interferences.
My Camera isn't the best, as is my cable management. The lower one was a previous try and the upper my most recent one. If you need some more detailed pics I can provide.
The extruder is the "special" motor you can get with the Titan extruder, the rest are the standard A8 ones.
I'm kinda running out of ideas and am really fed up with that piece of crap, I never got any good quality pieces and I am almost at the point where I want to switch back to stock, if it weren't for the whole catching-fire thing Anet have going on.
Attached is the config file from the board, you are probably smarter then I am and can figure out if there are any problems.
Please help

I don't know what you just did, but after I redid my wiring it now works again. Thing is, I could've sworn all wires were secured properly
For the record, I had about 5.4 on the lowest (200) Ohm setting of my Multimeter for all the wires.
I could kiss you right now, thank you.
Heyo Guys,
A while back I upgraded my Anet A8 (https://all3dp.com/1/anet-a8-3d-printer-review-diy-kit/) with a Duet Maestro and everything was going pretty well.
Some days ago I decided to check why my part cooling fan wasn't working and checked the FAN0 connections with the Multimeter I barely know how to use. Somehow I touched something else while checking (I believe it was the FAN1 connection, but I'm not sure) and after that my two Z-Axis stepper stopped working properly. They were moving a bit forward and back, while making nasty clicking sounds. Now they don't react at all anymore and I'm kinda scared that I might've fried the board. I connected the Y-Axis to the Z port and there still wasn't any movement, so I think that the stepper are probably fine.
I tried to check with my Multimeter, but frankly I am to stupid to figure out what to do.

I hope it is just some problem in my config file, wouldn't be the first time some stuff changes by itself, but I don't have high hopes.
Does anyone care to help me?
