MB6HC SBC Update from 3.4.6 to 3.5.2 doenst work
Hey team,
I'm currently about to upgrade mit MB6HC with SBC from 3.4.6 to 3.5.2 (latest stable).
I executed via terminal:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgradeafterwards i tried to update via M997 in the command line, but nothing happended so far:
When i try to execute sudo apt update again, it answers:

MB6HC + SBC 3.4.6: reset password user pi
Hey there,
is there a way to reset the password of the user pi?
I do have to reset the fixed IP to set the machine up in another environment.Thank you in advance

How to assign a value to a node? Or: Error: expected '='
How can I reset my extrusion factor via a macro (prior to the print start)?
My macro looks as follows:
if move.extruders[0].factor != 1 set move.extruders[0].factor = 1
i usually get the following error:
Error: expected '=' in line 2 of Reset Speed and extrusion factor.txt
I already experimented with braces and different order - but i didnt get it to work.
Thank you in advance!

RE: 3.5.0-rc2 G32/G30 on linear delta crashes into bed
Now i'm back on 3.4.6 and the same crash behaviour happens when executing bed.g via G32, after executing M502 and M500 (or reconfigguring the machine because auf mechanical changes).
I executed G32 with the probe only electrically attached but not mechanically, and the machine doesnt take the 19mm probe height into its calculation, as it travels with the tip of the nozzle to Z = 5 (=0 + 5 dive height)
; Z-Probe M558 P8 C"^121.io0.in" H5 F300 T18000 ; set Z probe type to switch and the dive height + speeds G31 P500 X0 Y0 Z19.0 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height M557 R480 S48
After some test and trial with different M500/501/502 combinations with a crash on each G32, I executed G29 Mesh Bed Levelling, which works perfectly fine!
After that first G29 also the Delta Calibration via G32 takes the probe height into calculation and works without crashing.

RE: Esp32-Cam how to automatically refresh picture?
@droftarts of course, i´m sorry.
The IP-adress entered in DWC i tried with and without the ending "/capture"
Refreshingrates i also tried several 0, 40, 250 (as recommended in DWC or higher), 2000 (standard).
But none of these settings worked.
If i join the Wifi broadcasted by the RaspberryPi with my PC and use my browser i can reach the Cam via its ip (http://10.3.141.100/capture) and get a Picture, but not reliable. The code i used is pasted in the code box and attached as .txt
Thanks in advance!

Esp32-Cam how to automatically refresh picture?
Re: how to config a ipcamera with dwc 3
Hey Guys,
I managed to get a static picture with the default Arduino Esp32-cam sketch in DWC, but not able to constantly refresh the picture (automatically with the refreshing setting).
Any ideas what i could try?
Best regards

RE: 3.5.0-rc2 G32/G30 on linear delta crashes into bed
@DavidG_68kg_PLA said in 3.5.0-beta.4 G32/G30 on linear delta crashes into bed:
Having a linear delta with a max. build volume height of 1704mm, probe is 19.0mm high.
When starting the first G32 routine, the sensor crashes into bed. Then I reduce the machine height by 19mm, each time saved with M502&M500. After a restart, the probe is to high by those 19mm.
Then i change to 1704 again, execute the config.g, M502, M500 and the G32 proceeds fine. After a restart it will crash again, until I reduce the machine height by the sensor offset again.
It worked seamless on 3.4.4 before.Same issue still exists on 3.5.0 rc2.

Cheapest WiFi Webcam: ESP32 doesn’t show stream
Re: Cheapest WiFi Webcam: ESP32 + OV2640 camera
Hey Guys,
I tried it with the same settings as in the thread mentioned above, but get no picture in DWC.
In generell the Cam with this Program works, i can get access to it via browser with the IP-adress.
In DWC the icon flashes with the refreshingrate.
Any ideas what else i could try?
Kind regards

Hey guys,
i upgraded from 3.5.0-rc1 to rc2, it worked for the MB6HC, the 1LC, but not for DWC and DSF:
Already tried the update via ssh again, and entered M997.
Thanks for your help!

Marlin M86 counterpart: reduced idle temp
I'm looking for a way to reduce hotend temp while the Machine is in sequential pause midprint.
I googled, seems like Marlin has it implemented with M86.
Or are there Solutions available i just couldnt find?M86 [B<temp>] [E<temp>] [S<seconds>] [T<temp>] Parameters [B<temp>] Bed idle temperature. The bed is set to this temperature on timeout. (Requires a heated bed.) [E<temp>] Extruder idle temperature. The hotend is set to this temperature on timeout. [S<seconds>] Timeout period. Temperatures are reduced if the machine is idle for this period. [T<temp>] Temperature trigger. Timeout only applies above this temperature.

RE: [3.5.0-rc.1] 1HCL + Drivers on MB6HC in Delta not simultaneous
@droftarts Hi Ian, thanks for your answer!
added the rest of my config in the first post.
There is no M669 set, the delta kinematics are set by M665.
How am I supposed to use M669?
Which value to set for Parameter S? Or leave it, to have maximum possible Segments per second?
How to determine the minimum segment length? is that the length of the segment that my effector travels or of the slides on the axis?Place it after M665 in the config?
