Erase duet wifi to updated firmware
Hi after some working to try to change my network, cancelling the older network, I fail to update my new network from YAT or even from macro so I decided that maybe if I erase my duet, it should be fine.
Now that the duet is erase, YAT can t send g code or m code to the duet so I download Bossa and follow the procedure to push the firmware to the duet wifi.
It say to erase all, lock and boot from flash than choose the firmware but when I choose 1 of the firmware available from the last version for the duet wifi 2 , it still can t be controll from YAT and I can t push anyother bin file because it say it is lock . So I wonder what files should I write with Bossa to the duet? Should I install only one file or I install the wifi modul also and other files aswell? So Basicly, how from a erasse duet wifi with the usb connected can I write the new firmware to the duet?
Thank you

RE: Heated chamber to slow since new firmware install
@Phaedrux thank you very much but I allready try that option also. I wish for any other way to force a setting without the need of PID autotuneš„²

RE: Heated chamber to slow since new firmware install
Small update to this post. I was previously using 500w heater with the old version firmware and was easily heating my chamber . Since the new firmware, it was not able to heat the chamber higher than 40 deg C. I try to do a auto tune pid of the chamber and it allways fail to finish the auto tune. The heated chamber is set in bang bang configuration. The heater is working on 110v so the duet control arelay 24v to 110v from the second heater from the duet card. So at some point, I decided to update my heater to 700w heater and I put bigger fan to have more airflow. Final result, I was able to heat up to 40deg C than fail. Now I don t know what to try. I don t belive a 1000w heater will be my solution because it was working fast with the 500w before the firmware update. It should just be faster now with the 700w and bigger fan

@infiniteloop the m122 was done after the error hapen, the printer was never close after the event.

RE: Error gcode file too long
@infiniteloop I tested 3 differents gcode viewer, all 3 have the same line count of 941 463. All 2 mark ; end of gcode at line 941 443. After looking for a long gcode line, I don t find anything longer near the midle of the print. Should I try again the same gcode to see if the probleme still there?

Heated chamber to slow since new firmware install
Hi I have a duet wifi that was previously running a outdated firmware that I update to a newer version.
Since the new update, I can t no more raise the temperature of my heated chamber more than 40deg C. Before new firmware, it was easilly going to 65deg C and more. The heated chamber is set in bang bang with a 110v 300w ptc heater plug on a relay that is control from the heater number 2. I was able to mesure 115v@60hz. I try to run a pid autotune as recomended and it allways fail. Now, I out of idea on what to do and I don t want to run the old firmwarw again.Do you have some idea on what to do?
Thank You All and merry Christmas

RE: G-code buffer "file" overflow???
@dc42 so it fix my initial problem but when I try to do pid autotune of the heatead chamber, it take a full day and than fail.
Before the firmware update, my heated chamber was really fast, not even comparable. Now it is so slow and it can t finish a PID autotune without failling. Whan should I try???!
