@t3p3tony All the wheels on one side have fitted eccentric spacers. As they are rotated they move the wheel into the v-slot. Once adjusted the nut on the axel is tightened to hold them in that position. They are integral to the openbuilds system.

Piezo Orion...Has anyone got it to work?
There is a segment of this forum for Precision Piezo. THey have nothing on the Orion. I wonder why? I have had trouble getting my Orion to work with Duet. I returned one module that was was either defective, or I ruined it by constant adjusting. With the new PCB installed , the machine locks up with a G30 command. Just one example of the config would be a great help.

RE: More Z-Probe Problems
I have been wondering what else has changed. You recommended removing the probe deploy and probe retract files. I have replaced them and the printer now moves in the right direction after G30. So maybe its not the new firmware, but instead how G30 uses those files.

RE: More Z-Probe Problems
The problem is when attempting a G30 it slams the motors into the tower endstops and continues until I shut it down. Manual moves are still correct.

RE: More Z-Probe Problems
@dc42 My current problem is probably due to an error on my part. I attempted to update the firmware and did it incorrectly. I loaded Release 2.01beta1 (Duet 2) and 1.21.2beta1 (Duet 06/085) . When I attempt to move back to 1.21 the update fails. I am now considering formatting the SD card and starting over. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

More Z-Probe Problems
I have been trying for 4-5 days to get a Precision Piezo Orion module to work with Duet. Yesterday I did get it working but was still having trouble with the G30 command. It was recommended that I upgrade my firmware and remove the probe deploy retract files. I have successfully done both, but now when I press G30 all three motors start hammering the tower endstops. If I just manually control the effector it moves per normal. About to give up on this idea.
