It'd really depend on what exactly do you want to set up. Separate extruders/heater blocks (like E3D Chimera), mixing extruders (Diamond, E3D Cyclops), IDEX carriages, toolchanger, a switching hotend (Prometheus System, Prusa MMU 1)... There are a lot of possibilities, and all of those would require very different approaches.

I am fairly certain the end stops are consistent yes. I wonder if there is something involving the belts or maybe the motors causing this inconsistency.

I presume those M307 values came from tuning the bed. If they are correct, your bed heater is more than twice as powerful as it should be. Are you sure you are not running a 12V heater on a 24V supply?

If those M307 values are in config.g, check that they are not being overridden by a different set of M307 parameters in config-override.g.

If you want to continue using that bed heater, for safety reasons you should definitely use a thermal cutout to reduce the risk of fire. You should get less overshoot if you restrict the PWM to about 0.4 in the M307 command.

@dc42 That is correct it is un-geared. Thanks for the advice. Ill start messing around with the number.

You could increase the E value in the M906 command, if the extruder motor can take more current.

@dc42 Yeah I guess I didn't have that in there. Putting it in manually worked perfectly. Heats up to the perfect temp. Thanks again man.
