@droftarts
i have changed the thermistor but it is same again.
could it be a VSSA fuse problem? as i have lower version of duet board and it has no fuse !
i have the first one board which has not fuse for thermistor, bed or fan.

@jay_s_uk
It is a default firmware which i am using from 3D platform to operate the machine.
@droftarts
only fan is working neither the motor nor the heater or thermistor.
@droftarts
okay i will change the thermistor if it can be a problem.
No right now i am using single extruder, actually when i run the command for heating the extruder, it shows the target temp for 2 seconds only then it shows -273 as above.
and when i checked the resistance at the point of thermistor it shows 0 value there.
and yes i downloaded the firmware from 3DP support.
@droftarts
i am not using DWC, right now i am controlling the machine with proterface and Simplify3D.
and iam getting a open circuit error on terminal while i have connected all the things properly.
Error was: Heater error: temperature rising much more slowly than the expected 1.7°C/sec.
it was showing when i run the heater to heat up.
When i send M115 it shows the firmware version 3.1 something
and to upload the files it is showing the parse error
ws200.g
vol_vol.g
common_settings.g
config-override.g
Please check the wires
yes all the LEDs gets on but not the E0_Heat or E1_Heat LED
@droftarts thank you for reply,
as i am working on the 3D platform workseries and it has duet wifi board inside it, i have checked the connections thrice but no issue in the connection part, i have used the firmware what they are providing but whenever i heats up the extruder or bed, it doesn't shows the target temperature and does not heat up and shows the error that there is no proper current on the heater.
i have checked the current and voltage on the points with the multimeter and it shows 0 value on the points.
for heating this i am using simplify3D and Pronterface.
so i am not getting the proper info regarding it how can i switch on the heater for the extruder.
As on expension board we have HEater PWM so can we use these PWM pin for heating up the extruder?
if yes then please suggest how can we do?
hey, i have duet wifi board, when i try to set the target temp for the extruder there is not voltage on the hot end pins and it shows an error.
please help what should i do to heat my extruder hot end.
