In the middle of this i tried to see if i can print even with the bad offsets and it starts to print but about halfway into the first layer i get a heater fault and then it stops. So now theres another issue 
When it says fault both the active and standby temps in DWC are set to my preheat temp. not sure if thats supposed to be like that or not.

So finally getting back to working on this. No those asterix are not in my config.

And, i ran the mesh on a area of X -115:115 Y-115:115 inc. 11.5 (using the gui to define the grid to probe)
the probe went off the bed for the whole first row in the fron so -115Y is off bed.
so i edited it the grid to X -115:115 Y-90:140 inc.11.5x & 23y and it didnt go off the bed but it skipps alot of points and i get this in the console.

Now the issues standing in front of my first print on this machine.

Main Problem:: My bed offsets are not super great so im going to walk you through what I did to try and get my full range of motion and to be able to print where I say it should print.
I want to do center of the bed as 0,0. I will provide a graphic here showing my range of motion and where things are at endstops. I measured with calipers and I also used the DRO on DWC to measure.
First I homed all, got to X Y endstops and then lowered the nozzle to where it would be touching the bed.(off the bed due to being at X,Y endstops.
Then, I (to get the DRO to read right) sent the below command to get my zero to make subsequent movements useful in the readout. ( if ever hearing a click when I hit endstops like a skipped step I rehomed and rezeroed becaues I noticed it will allow me to go past the endstops in esteps count sense which moves my whole offset.

With a bunch of fiddling I think I have a good drawing of what the bed is like at home. NOW look at that first and then tell me why my offsets arent working. This is mainly due to my lack of understanding of how th offset system work in the Duet but I digress, I still need help. Getting just one print that is semi ok would be all the assistance I need then im going to not touch it short of pressure advance and Esteps.
Anyway, heres the layout:
Main Goal: Get this sucker to get me a mesh that gets pretty close to hitting the full extents of the bed. At the moment it probes about 2/3 of the bed. with I think these two parts making up the probing setup and I have tried other dimensions here just not sure I know what im doing. I forget if this one actually works but I have been able to get it to probe and some just dont work. I think rn im getting a no valid mesh error. not looking to fix that I just think I have the base understand of this wrong so some sort of help coming from where I am here with these measurements would be ideal.

the Nozzle_POS is its position when homes(the 2.5 is just a caliper measurement of the d of the end of the nozzle and same for the Probe.) Homed_Probe/Nozz. are the measurements when all axes are homed.
I think im struggling on where to put what offset. I started with just having the probe offset and then I put some tool offsets and it seems like there are more offsets than I can keep track of to make this not do bad stuff.
So to to the devs, how well does this board handel CNC? ive got a couple CNC builds going rightnow and I ended up buying another one of these boards since I thought I toasted the heater/driver. So I will probably use this second board for a smaller 3 axis NEMA 17 cnc machine. hoping to power mostly everything but the spindle from it if possible.
I heard there is a CNC firmware. whos the main guy on that project?
My other build is a 12Nm NERMA34 4 axis, w/5hp spindle running with 110V in planning on using a rotary phase converter to hopefully get all 3hp out of that spindle. Im assuming this board cannot supply 6A ish per stepper right?
1000 Thanks to you my friend! Your fix did not work bc i didnt try it but it did lend itsself to me finding my hot end thermistor plugged into out6 like a fan when I went to try it. I have no clue how it got there. 
looks like its always anoob mistake .

also my replacement thermistor arrived so I installed it, just the clipped end.

Ok yeah I’ve already check that. The meter is giving me correct resistances on the therm. I did however order a new thermistor anyway just incase. Also checked and rechecked the crimps even checking their resistance.

Idk if this applies but ive yet to touch the heater and its a brand new hemera thermistor. im reading around 100kohm on the thermistor. and I originally configged everything right out of the config tool as the e3d thermistor. but through trying to figure this out I may have changed a couple P F S H and T settings throughout so any new help would be amazing if someone can figure this one out. ive read all the 307, 140, 106 143 and 950 commands and made sure not to change anything relating to voltage or board stuff thats not either mapping or control.

So I was struggling to get everything lined up and probe working and motors and yeah lots of struggles and finally, once I feel like I have everything done and now I can start printing test prints, when I go to tune my heaters I notice that the hot end is always showing -273 and for both active and standby. ive tried all configs on it and cant seem to get to a place to even tune it.

@phaedrux so is there no 5V on the duet board? I dont wanna have to buy a buck converter.
@dc42 I am in the middle of tuning my hemera on my Duet 3 5+ mini.
Can you clarify your last statement? Should I tune with my fan off and the silicone sock off ?
Also another question while here, I mainly print in pla almost only pla. Should I tune to 210ish or to 300 like the hemera manual says? I dont think ill ever use that high of a heat.
So ......
I had that Z highend endstop wired up right and was checking it. well I think it may have been wire wrong and it was taking that entire bus to ground. only with the 3.3 v so no harm no foul and thus I swapped the wire and now im working on all endstops.
god I hate circuit analysis. Give me PLCs and controls all day over this. haha I wanna design and pay people to put it together.
BUT... now to the reason I actually started this thread. (no it wasnt the endstops that happened right when I was posting so I edited.
My issue: My bed is all outta wack like orient-wise. Ive went through how to get a mesh bed to work and it always fails or doesnt generate a mesh.
Here is my coordinates when my nozzle is perfectly over the bottom left of my bed and 
ignore z height its perfect with however I set up my probe offset.(2.5 I think)
But when I go to the opposite end of the bed MAX(X,Y,Z) I get only to
