my printer just decided to kill my print

i was printing a basic print on my delta printer and after about 20% it just stabbed my print and was pushing down on it lucky i was there or it could have caused more damage than just a print image below shows where it killed it with the hot end also it seemed once it finished the layer before the next one it seemed to go down as it started scraping before it stabbed it

It kind of looks like it was warping a bit. Is that the case?
What firmware version?
If you reprint it, does it do the same thing?
