DWC seems stuck in loop if M98 call has M291 cancelled

`Came across a bit of an oddity.

Duet 2 WiFi 2WiFi 3.5.0-rc.2
Duet WiFi Server n/a 2.1beta6
Duet Web Control DWC 3.5.0-rc.2

If you run this macro by clicking on it and then select the cancel button, everything is fine.

But if you run the macro from the command line and select cancel, DWC seems stuck in a loop.
Refreshing the page clears it.
