      When I try to download the messages as text or csv nothing happens. Am I missing something?

        Does your DWC version match?

        Do you have pop ups blocked?

          Thanks @Phaedrux. I switched to incognito mode and can now download, so must be something with my browser profile settings and I will look into it.

          BTW, why the DWC version is not shown with the rest of the versions?
