Orion Percision Piezo not running

Hello everybody
After updating my duet wifi after to rrf 3.x I´m not able to get this thing runnig.
I´ve already read something about a pullup and I have do label "zprobe.in" into "^zprobe.in". but it doesn´t help
does someone have a solution for this problem?
