Forum topic notification frequency...

Hi All,
Is there any way to only get one email from the notification system on an updated topic until I visit that topic? Then another if it's change again after I've viewed it?

I've checked the forum settings (mobile) and I can't see such an option.

Recently I seem to be getting lots of emails from the system and it's starting to swamp my inbox.

I still want to know what's happening in the things I'm subscribed to, but just one email to say they've been updated would be much better than repeating for every subsequent change to that topic too.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

@CNCModeller These are the options I see on the desktop version. I'm not sure the granularity you are looking for exists.
