Standalone in Chrome for Windows 10.

Apologies.
I didn't read the subject properly.
When dragging a fie in firefox I see the same behaviour.
In Chrome I can't drag and scroll in either direction.
Windows 11

What are you attempting to do by dragging the file?
I don't believe you can re-order them and the drag and drop functionality appears to only allow you to drag files into the window, not out.
