Voron 2.4 Quad Z drive levelling issues

Hope someone could shed some light on my issue, been trying for days to sort out a strange gantry levelling issue.
Running - Board: Duet 3 Mini 5+ (Mini5plus)
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 3 Mini 5+ 3.4.4 (2022-10-20)
Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.27back story,
I had a CoreXY (Hypercube) which ran for a few years without issue. Got a little board and printed myself a Voron 2.4 and moved all the electronics over to it.
Issue i am having is the gantry levelling. everything seems to move in the right direction and the drive mappings seem good, however when I run a G32 the adjustments seem arse about and eventually one corner dips and the other rise. I have reconfigured and tested everything over and over but can't seem to find the issue.
full discloseure i used the config i found in the voron users github site and configured it to my board.

as you can see its all over the place and if i set the deviation > 1.5mm it turns very ugly.

What am i doing wrong?

@mickcomp your M584 in config.g does not appear to be in the same sequence so the adjustments are happening on the wrong motors. I think you want z5:6:4:3
