Microsoft Edge vs Firefox

I've just changed the default browser on my iMac from Firefox to Edge and now, when I login to the Duet3D forum, I get this permanently in the notifications area...

...rather than this:

If anyone else has experienced this, how did you resolve it, please?

I've cleared the browser's cache, but this is the only issue I have with MS Edge, and it's only on this forum.

EDIT: Whoops, sorry the images are so big! I'm not sure how to change that

@Nightowl I have just upgraded the forum software so notifications may now work properly with Edge.
