cannot connect to web control

I can no longer connect via duet web control
"could not establish a connection to the duet firmware! Please check your settings and try again"
is the error message I'm getting. Everything was working pretty much fine we changed wifi I put the new ssid and password using M587 it worked for a day then mid print I couldn't connect to the duets ip I tried M588 S"*" then used M587 to put the network in again it didn't work the first time did the same thing again and it worked this is what I get when I start it up and then run M587

I assume you are connected by USB and using a terminal software to send commands.
What terminal software are you using?
Can you send M122 and copy paste the results here?
