      I've had my duet board for a few months now. I love the board but have been experiencing semi-frequent probe failures. Every few days(about 5 prints) the probe fails to deploy and causes the printer to smash the nozzle into the bed. I'm using a creality cr-touch probe. This sometimes happens on mesh leveling, sometimes on z-homing. Not sure if it's a problem with the probe or the duet.

        Can you share your config.g and the results of M122?

        I'm not sure about the CR touch, but on the regular BLTouch you can remove the pin for cleaning. Sometimes stringy bits get stuck to the pin and can cause it to stick.
